”This place was super clean and everyone we encountered was super friendly. Every time we went out or came in and walked by the front desk we were spoken to and asked about the things we said we were out doing that night. They offered us an upgrade on our room because of it being our anniversary.”

”The staff was amazing!! Upon check in, Kayla was super friendly. It was our first stay at this chain and she explained the snacks, dinner/drinks and the breakfast perfectly. As for our room, we got off to an odd start as the bed linens were pulled down. Jaz and Kayla moved us to another room. Same thing happened. We were moved to a third room and it was all good. Upon checking out, the general manager asked if everything was ok and I told him yes after the rough start. He apologized and...

The only negative is they do not offer complementary bottle waters when you check in and the machine to refill any containers was broken for filtered water. We needed to purchase like 10 bottles of water because we drink a lot. Besides, that was a great stay. ”

”Excellent stay. The hotel itself was very quiet and super clean. Loved the bed and pillows! I would have loved another blanket in the room as it’s just a sheet and very thin blanket but I’m sure I could have asked for one. Parking was a challenge unless you pay for valet which is $45. We ended up just paying the valet fee but that process was so smooth and fast! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was excellent as well and had a very romantic feel to it. Will return! ”
