”This was an excellent option as a base to organize some outings to distilleries. We focused on distilleries in Frankfort and Louisville, so Shke yvulle was a great in between stop. The only snafu of the trip was the door code didn't work on arrival, but the owner responded quickly to text to get us in. The house is charming and clean and very quiet outside of the random trains. But if you make use of the ear plugs thoughtfully sprinkled through the bedrooms, the trains aren't much of a problem....

”Great location in the country. House was exactly as represented and communication with host was excellent. Very nice drive into Frankfort through the countryside without need to get on interstate. Visited several Distilleries and Horse Farms, including a visit to Keeneland for the races. The hot tub was great to come home and relax each evening.”

”Unique and adorable house with a great space downstairs to hang out. Wonderful amenities and everything was great quality. Large amount of kitchen cookware. There were a couple of items to address and the staff contact was amazing and sorted it out quickly. No complaints, highly recommend. Walkable to downtown Shelbyville. ”
