”This is the most terrible place to stay. No deep clean undertaken in ann extremely long time. Only surface clean. Cottage smelt of old fat and cooking. The bbq was unusable it was that disgusting. There was cat pee still smelling near the bed. The only good thing was the linen was clean. The owner has no care and no interest in coming to the party to provide a refund.
Never stay here ever. ”

”Lovely people who manage the property. We booked a superior cabin expecting a washing machine/ dryer but wasn’t available. The cabin wasn’t what you would call superior but never mind we made the most of it . Beautiful Daylesford.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Oma’s retreat. Anneke was so welcoming and friendly. She showed us around the property and spent some lovely time with us explaining everything. We went there with our fur baby and he had a fabulous time too. Plenty of space to run around and the property itself is spacious. The biggest highlight for us was witnessing the sunrise and sunset from the property. Absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend staying here with your fur baby. Thank you Anneke for making us feel...

Only gripes: Little bit musty smell, may need some air fresheners in there. May need better air conditioning also if it was really hot.
Otherwise a great stay, the outdoor space is wonderful.”

”Thanks again for having us! We had a lovely stay at “Amanda” - very comfortable house, close to everything in Daylesford. Nice yard (fully fenced - our doggo enjoyed plenty of space to safely explore) and beautiful views from the front deck, especially in the afternoon light. Fireplace kept us warm and cozy during a cold week. Well stocked kitchen - everything we needed was there. Hosts very communicative and friendly. Hope to stay here again in future! :)”

”Excellent view, private and peaceful, very spacious, well equipped home …especially in the modern kitchen, several eating areas, lots of toys if you had children, good wifi and phone reception, comfortable beds, a couple of internal doors need adjusting to enable proper closing, sandwich grill hadn’t been cleaned, BBQ needs a thorough clean, white stepping stones leading to entrance are not that safe.
