”This is a lovely hotel, stunning scenery of turquoise sea so try to get a sea view room if you can. It’s a 5 star hotel for sure. Beautifully planted gardens with herbs and flowers to take a walk through, we played tennis in the courts on the grounds and joined the free evening yoga class under a clear blue sky. ”Hotel is very nice, pool area is very modern and the sunbeds are good. They also had a nice breakfast with a lot of healthy options also. Rooms are clean and minibar is cheap. ”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”

”Mahtava hotelli rannalla. Ainoa iso miinus hotellin ravintolalle, ruoka oli törkeän kallista laatuun nähden. Alkusalaatin hinta, perus vihreä ilman kurkkua ja tomaattia, 14 euroa! ”Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O hotel fica no coração de Porto Cervo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e buscam sempre a melhor experiencia para o hospede. Destaque para os funcionarios do valet e camareiras. Os dois pontos fracos são o ar condicionado do quarto que nao funciona corretamente, pois a temperarura interna é elevada (Reclamei na recepção e nos foi informado que iria melhorar, o que nao ocorreu) e os funcionarios dos restaurantes (atrapalhados, demora em atender, esqueceram...

”A middle aged man working the reception was very rude to me the entire stay, eved shushed me and raised his voice at me. Just made the entire stay awful. I guess he saw me as a wortless client as a young woman and treated me accordingly. The women working there were wonderful though and for them I wish the best.
