”Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!”

”We always enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Its location is great and the facilities are also good. We noticed an obvious uplift in food quality this year. ”

”The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

”Parfait”

”The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it ”

”Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner.”

”Hyvä sijainti, lähellä kauppoja, uima-allas. ”

”The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy”

”5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!! ”

”We just need someone who speaks English well. ”

”The hotel is in very good condition with a very harmonious environment. The access road may look authentic original, but my car for sure didn't appreciated. The staff was friendly, with no staff speaking English in the restaurant, but at least they had the menu available in English language. The food was good, with a nice presentation too. For a short stay, the options in the menu are sufficient, but for who is intending to spend longer period... they may need to consider other places to eat...

”Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.”
