”The room was perfect, the kitchen area was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare and cook, the bed was super comfy and the staff really friendly. My only issue was the position of the bed, you could only access it from one side due to the closeness to the wall, this was an issue in the middle of the night when I had to get out, climbing over my sleeping husband was not ideal and getting out the bottom of the bed was also not ideal. I managed but many people would not. The room...

”The large twin room was spacious and spotless. Very comfortable beds. We had an amazing view of the river from our large bay window. Although we don’t live too far away, it was ideally located for a special occasion we were attending in Cambridge. ”

”So bad soundproofing that we were able to hear our neighbours talking and coughing. Also some dog was barking outside in the morning. Breakfast was average. Location was OK but due to roadwork it took long to get there from the city. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that I couldn't wash my tick hair. Not worth the money. ”

”Receptionists customer service was 100 percent from the moment I walked through the door. She even gave me a really early checkin for free. Explained everything and was so kind. When we arrived back to our room late evening our tv didnt work and the same Receptionist changed our room immediately. Building was really cool, train station out side the door and ony 3.60 to get into the centre of Cambridge. Beds were really comfortable and I woukd definitely recommend staying here to save money as...

”Comfy, clean room. Good amenities - tv, coffee and tea, ironing board etc. Shower is spacious. Have stayed twice now so would definitely recommend. Hotel is right next door to services”
