”As I filled in the check in form online before arrival, the whole process took literally a couple of seconds. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. We had a set menu dinner at The Terrace hotel restaurant - very reasonable price and top quality food, we had all three courses. Good selection of wine also. Next morning we had breakfast- again, plenty of choice and service ”

”The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and...
