”This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people. The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices. Convenient...

”It's not new place and overall it looks quite fine. However via hotels.com we had a marking in our room that it includes AC. It definitely didn't. It was extremely hot. There's some towel heater in the toilet that can't be turned off at all. Toilet is constant +30-35C during summer days. In the room you can only open your window by few inches. They had a small table fan in the closet which was the most disgusting thing I've seen for a while. It was covered in thick dust and dirt and it took...
