”Our birthday trip was booked 6 months in advance. Upon arriving to the hotel, the woman checking us in was the most unfriendly person on the entire island we encountered. We learned that The Fred and Area was in an Off Season that was not disclosed prior to booking or at anytime prior to arrival to possibly change dates or location. The Spa was Closed, Hot tub empty, Room booked unavailable, Restaurant Closed all day or opens late and closes early. Entertainment stated on website was Nowhere to...

”There is a saltwater swimming pool here, and laundromat. The layout of the property is perfect for this time of year (April 1st). It is Eastward facing. Open the sliders and the kitchen window for a beautiful breeze. This is a beachfront property. But, it’s high up so there’s no beach access. The view of the Northeast side of the island is spectacular. We watched the seaplanes fly above and land in Christiansted beach. Cane Bay is about 10/15 minute drive, (on the wrong side of the road, LOL)....

”The listing on this property was nothing like the actual condo. The place was dirty, there were pieces of a broken light bulb in the bathroom, hair in the corners of the rooms, and a ton of COCKROACHES. No, I’m not talking about the big water bugs, I’m talking small, nasty breeding roaches due to poor cleaning and lack of pest control. They were in the kitchen drawers and would go scurrying the second the lights turned on. The property manager offered me a credit to come back and stay another...
