”We stayed at Bourbon Trail Lodge from August 7–10 while four of us traveled from three different states to be together near our ailing 94-year-old mother, who lives in a nursing home in Mount Washington.From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed. There were bananas and cookies waiting for us, coffee and creamer, a half gallon of milk, and even sodas in the refrigerator. After traveling all day and coming together for such an emotional reason, those thoughtful touches meant more...

”This is such a beautiful home on beautiful property! It was bittersweet that our weekend was full of running around that we didnt have much time to enjoy the property. Spacious, super clean, feels so homey, grounds are immaculate, the only downfall was the weakening water pressure when more than one shower was running. We loved this place so much and hope to book a trip back!”

”The Lodge was a perfect home for our group of 5 travelers while we visited the Bardstown, Louisville, Lexington area. The house is beautiful with a big porch and rocking chairs. There were many great amenities like a game room, big fire pit and hot tub we didn't have time to enjoy. The kichen is very well equipped. Everything in working condition. Host communicated quickly. We'd love to stay there again. There is a short gravel driveway. It is in a rural area but not far to drive to Bardstown.”
