”Stayed for one night as was attending a meeting with a late finish.
Check-in was simple and professional.
The room was clean and well-maintained.
The bathroom had a walk-in shower with lovely toiletries supplied.
More than enough coat hangers and wardrobe space for my needs.
But it’s the staff that I really wanted to talk about….
As I said, I was attending a meeting at the hotel which didn’t finish until well after 9pm. I hadn’t been able to have anything to eat for prior to the meeting, so...

”Poppy cottage is comfortable both inside and out. The owner was lovely . Loads of information on walks in the surrounding area. Perfect location for our visit to Abbotts Bromley, to visit the ancestors. Will definately book again when back that way.

”Fabulous!!
Stopped in the “Brewood” room on a Tuesday night.
Hadn’t thought to book a table for dinner, which was rather last minute as we had 6 guests joining us.
The staff were amazing; despite being fully booked, they opened their private dining room for us.
The food is fantastic, and the included breakfast was brilliant quality. Top quality sausages!!

”Hotel was nice, clean rooms. Tried to use spa facilities but were not able due to swimming lessons which we did not know were happening and did not expect from a hotel. The reception doors are locked after 11pm and we had to phone security to be let in. ”
