”I was taking my entire family and pet dog on a vacation to the Branson area. I searched for a pet friendly unit with a hot tub. Those two things were important to me. It looked beautiful online and offered our basic requirements along with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which was amazing. When we arrived, NO HOT TUB! My primary request along with allowing our pet golden retriever. It was clean and the area was absolutely beautiful. I emailed the property company after we checked in...

”The room was a complete lie. There were roaches everywhere and mice poop and dead roaches in cabinets and in utensils. Tons of dog hair everywhere.

”We must have been the first guests in a while as it was off-season. Rooms were musty. HVAC systems hadn’t been run in a while. The filters and heating coils were dirty which set off smoke detectors while fuzz burnt off. Windows worked to vent place. Silverware drawers had mouse droppings. Had to clean everything before we used it. For the price I paid per night it was disappointing.”
