”We enjoyed the amazing views from our balcony, and even saw whales and dolphins!
Although our room was missing something we needed in the kitchen, the staff was very accommodating and delivered what we needed in a timely fashion.
The attendant at the pool was both friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant experience!”

”The property was not well maintained at all. The rooms had a musty smell to them, The halls smelled like smoke and weed. The elevators did not work The carpets were dirty. There was a huming noise coming through the walls in the middle of the night. I had to check out and go to another hotel. This place was disgusting.”

”The room we stayed in definitely needed maintenance. Frayed carpet edges, unaligned tiles, excessive caulking, calcium buildup, etc. but it was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
However the stay was so relaxing and beautiful even in October. The view was just gorgeous and all the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. As a nontraditional couple I was extremely pleased with the positive treatment we received.
The grounds were well maintained and the spa was amazing. I just got glowing...

”Booked stay at The Atlantic through Expedia. This was one of the only times that I have booked through a third-party vendor like Expedia. I believe I paid a deposit on the room for one night's stay (the Saturday of Columbus Day weekend). Had a lovely afternoon/evening in Sag Harbor and headed to the property after dinner. Come to find out that the front desk is closed (it's not open 24 hours) and the lockbox does not have a key for the room I had reserved. I called the emergency phone number on...
