”Very unhappy with our stay... could not find an ice machine on our floor so I tried calling front desk but the phone system did not work in our room and not in the hall phone either. Went down to front desk and was told to let myself in to the tea room which had no lights and find the freezer with ice in the dark.
Halls had lights missing by the north elevators on the main floor.
Furniture in bedroom was filthy... curtains needed engineering to fix minor issue but no engineering staff on...

”check in was at 4:00 didn’t get checked into our hotel until 6pm. Room had ceiling damage to it which I notified the property at the time and they tried charging me for the damages.”

”It's a such a beautiful place
Mainly for golf seekers.
Yet u could enjoy the area around...
Foot trail , lake, peace and quiet.
Loved it, my friend nurse and I nurse such an escape from reality.

There is also a great dinner/ roscoe for a breakfast/ so delicious and Italian restaurant/ dont remember the name of it. Richmond's? Beautiful stuff and very good food even though they would say we are not that fancy... lol they were fancy good.

”The room was clean and it had been recently renovated. The amenities were lacking - air conditioning didn’t work well, no hair dryer, no coffee/tea, no cups. The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times. I had to call the number left on the door as the office was not open at 8:15. The person I spoke with said she left my paperwork out for the manager. She...

”The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”
