”While my children thoroughly enjoyed their time and the front desk staff provided excellent service, I was disappointed with the condition of our junior suite upon arrival.

”If you are allergic to a cat, there is a lot of cats… I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and insisted on creating a new one with my card. After much insistence, they located it but had no room ready, forcing me to wait.
Placed in a room with a strong urine smell (likely dog) in the bathroom. No room number signs in the hallway, and the same odor was in the main first-floor bathroom. No Wi-Fi password provided.
Breakfast was okay. Photos on Expedia...

”The property was pretty but there were no instructions, no maps, and no explanations as to what the property had to offer when we got there.
The pool was pretty dirty as well. Hopefully that will be cleaned soon and hoping for more often.”

”The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”
