”Room was beautiful and clean. Everything functioned properly. The staff was cheerful, respectful, and professional. Each had a great smile and warm personality. Our only issue was the size of the bathroom. It had a great tub and a fully functioning jacuzzi but it was small. Very small. Also, the mixer handle of the shower/tub was not functioning properly. ”Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.”

”Bradstan was great BUT it could have been more self-contained. Their restaurant was closed for the night we arrived. They could have (better) signage for the lake and the trail around the lake. We had trouble with our cellular connections, which may not be their fault but was part of our experience. The bed was great. The shower, and the bathroom in total, was fabulous. The surrounding area, I would have been happier to not to have to have seen it.”
