”Easy and friendly check in and out. Nice room but no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily I always pack my own. Was supposed to get the second room as adjoining but it was down the hall. Not a big deal but worth noting.

”We did not arrive until midnight. The staff at the desk was pleasant but very hospitable. Going to our room we used the elevator as we were on the second floor. The elevator floor was filthy, the groves in the elevator floor looked as though they have not been cleaned in months. Opening the door to the room the first thing you see is the large hole in the bathroom door. The carpeting was dirty and ripped in a number of places. Going into the room there was wallpaper falling off, large marks...

”The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!”

”Unfortunately I’m not able to report a good stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was for its Breakfast and when I arrived, I was told that there is no breakfast because of a few different reasons but was offered coffee and a snack bar😒. Then I was told there wasn’t an Ice machine or it wasn’t working. Then to make things even worse, not hot water in the shower on in the sink. I definitely couldn’t recommend this hotel in the state it’s in when I stayed.”

”The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked...
