”The floors around the main desk, and the carpeting on the elevator floor were really dirty. Our room looked tidy, but the bathroom floor was also really dirty. On the first day shortly after we arrived, my husband used a hand towel to clean up a small water spill that landed on the bathroom floor. The towel was filthy dirty after he finished.
