”This is our 3rd time staying here and we love it. This year there weren’t too many kid activities provided but we also came at a diff time period (off season) so that could be part of the reason. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year.”

”The rooms are pretty basic (to very bad, our pull out couch was horrible as the parent that had to sleep on it). The location is the entire selling point. It’s ski in ski out, the ski school is walkable and you can easily access all other amenities. If you are prioritizing location over comfort I would consider staying here.”

”The room offered a perfect view of Peak 8. The hotel's location was ideal, with several trails, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Everything was excellent, and we had an amazing vacation. Until next time, Breckenridge!”

”Nice staff. Great location actually backing up to the beautiful little mountain river and a block from all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful common areas. The room was small, old and tired but adequate for a one-night stay. Didn’t know I booked the worst room in the house but evidently I did.”

”Room was great. Very clean. The only negative was the breakfast set up. Not well restocked, 900 am empty pitcher of milk that wasn't refrigerated or set in ice. Out of bowls and spoons,few oranges and slices of bread. Im mean im not expecting a lavish buffet but I would have enjoyed the ability to atleas have had a snack.”

”Room was nice enough, it's definitely a lodge feel and it is a dated hotel but overall the room was fine. No AC though. The bed was good and the bathroom was fine. We went in June though so you could tell they don't staff it well because it's not in season. We went to the in house restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. They had just changed the menu so you could tell everywone was still learning. Food was good though. The spa is another story. They just straight up said we don't...

”The room itself was very nice. We had a few hiccups for our 3 night stay. The sink drain was clogged so we moved to another room. We didn’t know the pool/hottub was being renovated when we booked our stay. That was one of the main reasons we booked here. Our keys stopped working every day we stayed. And most importantly, the lobby smelled like a porta-potty. I couldn’t tell what caused it, but I suspect it’s their cleaning solutions they use. On a positive note, it has access to the bike path....
