”A unique and stunning HOTEL EXPERIENCE ”

”We had to get a 2nd room because the 1st room smelled like an ashtray. The rooms were "surface clean" meaning no one has done anything other than run a quick broom and mop over the room. There was hair and dirt in the bathroom corners and it just had an overall dirty feel. Like the remote and telephone hadn't been whipped down in who knows how long. My daughter showered in flip flops and wouldn't walk barefoot on the floors.”

”I would never stay here again it was hidden trash in certain areas of the room,the bathroom looked very horrible,when I took a shower the water wasn’t going down the drain but was filling up the tub that was so disgusting,the bed made me itch so bad I couldn’t even stay there so disappointed and disgusted ”

”Although this place stated they were renovated, I found this to be misleading. The toilet was new, and the tile looked like us was installed by unskilled workers. The shower curtain rod and grab bars were stained and peeling. The walls were dirty, the bedspread was stained, furniture was worn, scratched. We slept in our clothes and coats on top of the bedspread bc we just felt things were not clean. The nightstand lamp did not work. Non of the usb outlets works in any lamp. The microwave oven...

”We had an absolutely amazing stay with you and your family! Your whole family is just wonderful. The amenities at the property are fantastic, and the views are simply stunning. This is definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. And the goats? They’re super friendly! My kids had a blast hanging out with him.”

”Great property! The communication with the owner was fantastic he was very responsive. Location is close to downtown. Very clean.we loved that it is a restored historic home and will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town to visit family if it’s available! We liked it more than the Windsor! ”

”Everything was wonderful. The house is charming and filled with memorabilia. Plains is like a tiny time capsule. We walked to downtown from the house and it was a very nice stroll. Visited the shops, found some treasures. Would definitely stay here again.”

”People wanted to party all night and this is a small town, then the 2nd night someone decided to take off outside our room making noise in their car. The pool was out of order, the ice machine was out of order. They need to remodel this hotel as they don't sweep, mop or dust. The tub was scary but that's because they use one of those tub mats and it pulls up the enamel. No stopper in the tub or sink just open also scary. The ironing board had a big rip in it and the beds need to be replaced as...
