”I would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, well maintained, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was showing its age slightly, but that's to be expected. The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot. Getting close to the main door was almost impossible, due to its small amount of parking places. I usually had to park in the back, a fair way from the main door, in a not particularly well lit area. ”

”The property was well equipped. The only irritant was the one cup coffee machine. The bed was great for a tall people! A full size refrigerator was a bonus. We would have cleaned the dishes if soap was provided for the dish washer! We would recommend this Micro Boutique for anyone visiting Fredericton! ”

”Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable. We just wanted to mention a couple things that would be helpful. I think a living room table or floor lamp would be nice so you don't need to keep the bright ceiling lights on and in the morning there is a smaller lamp to turn on. Also when describing where the lock box is maybe say it is attached to the railing by the front steps . I didn’t notice at first where it was. But overall a great place. Thank you Amy!”
