”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”Place needs a complete Reno , no shelf in the shower to put your things on , toilet paper sits on the bathroom counter ( needs a holder ) free breakfast is not the best food , gym looked like it hadn’t been cleans in months, no bed spread on the bed even ( got one our last night there ) over all would not stay there again”

”Clean room, comfortable bed. The pool is a little odd. It’s nice to have an indoor pool in a hotel with a relatively chilly climate, so we wanted to take advantage. But the pool was fairly dirty. And, there were no robes in the room to wear to the pool or pool slides. And, you basically have to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. Structurally, it doesn’t seem like the pool is really easy to use and enjoy, which is too bad. ”

”J’ai booké pour une chambre avec cuisinière et celle-ci était non fonctionnel. D’ailleurs, à mon arrivée le 1 mai, j’ai voulu annuler la 2e nuit et le personnel m’a mentionné pas de problème et que je pourrais effectuer l’annulation le lendemain matin, toutefois le lendemain c’était une autre histoire. Le personnel ne voulait plus me rembourser à 100% pour la 2e nuit que je voulais annuler en disant que c’est expédia qui prends 50% des frais. Je voulais annuler la veille mais il m’a dit pas de...

”Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. ”

”The motel is very outdated. The room smelled of heavy smoke. It was a non smoking room. Had to ask for towels both days I was there. No service in the room for the next day. The shower spay was awful with no adjustments. The room needs a complete over haul. It was a last minute booking, I will look elsewhere the next time.”
