”The property was well equipped. The only irritant was the one cup coffee machine. The bed was great for a tall people! A full size refrigerator was a bonus. We would have cleaned the dishes if soap was provided for the dish washer! We would recommend this Micro Boutique for anyone visiting Fredericton! ”

”The apartment was as described, very well stocked, spacious, and easy to get to. Our host showed us around as soon as we arrived and was super easy to contact by text. The pool table was a nice bonus, as was the outside patio with comfy chairs.”

”Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable. We just wanted to mention a couple things that would be helpful. I think a living room table or floor lamp would be nice so you don't need to keep the bright ceiling lights on and in the morning there is a smaller lamp to turn on. Also when describing where the lock box is maybe say it is attached to the railing by the front steps . I didn’t notice at first where it was. But overall a great place. Thank you Amy!”

”We had an excellent stay at this cottage! The property was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed having access to the dock, paddle boards, kayaks, fire pit, and the volleyball court—it made for such a fun filled weekend. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and would gladly stay here again!”

BBQ was working but there were no tools.House is absolutely beautiful, lovely yard, fabulous location. Unpleasant smell coming from the basement when the windows were closed.”

”I absolutely adored my stay at this super cute space. The apartment is the perfect size for 1-2 people plus a pet. Being a dog friendly space was a HUGE bonus. The unit was in perfect condition when I arrived, and was decorated and equipped perfectly. The hosts responded to my last minute booking request very quickly. I will 100% be booking another stay soon. I will say that the parking area in the back could be expanded given the extra space in the backyard. During my stay there were three...

”Easy check-in, fast response time for communicating with the host and many amenities including TV and couch in cozy living room, pots and pans, a microwave, a stove and oven in the kitchen, dining room with table and chairs. The only thing was that the bathroom shower head was low because of the low hanging ceiling. Thanks for hosting us!”

”This cottage is brand new and full of modern decor. It overlooks a lake with stunning views from the very large covered balcony. The hot tub on the deck was very nice. The privacy walls on both ends of the deck made for a very private stay even though there are three cottages on the property. We loved the solitude and quietness of the area. A perfect getaway for relaxing. I highly recommend this property.”

”Our stay at the Magnolia Lane cottage was a perfect way to end the summer! Beautiful, comfortable and clean space with great swimming! The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to make dinner and we felt very comfortable there. We hope to come back next summer!”
