”Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay.”

”Driftwood Beachhouse is perfectly located to enjoy fresh air, birdsong and peace and quiet. Jez was a great host, really friendly and accommodating, giving us helpful local advice and getting the hot tub ready each evening. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and outside spaces are really charming, decorated with character and you feel at home. Highly recommended!”

”We stayed at Hogwarts before a cycling event called Chase the Sun. We couldn't have been happier, Rosie welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. We had access to a full kitchen with a full array of snacks, tea/coffee available to us 24/7. The room we booked had ample space for our bikes and kit in the conservatory that was attached to the bedroom. The property was nice, calm and quiet; the perfect environment to prep for the 205mile bike ride that was facing us the next morning. The...

”Easy to access, nice look, room was spacious and bed was excellent. Bar was open until 23:00 and had common beers in a tap, food was good, a bit bland to my taste but fresh and good quality. Wifi was slow.”

”Perfect for parkrun. Comfortable bed, clean and a great shower. Room was dated and had a trouser press! I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast.”

”Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside.”
