”Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv. BUT we didnt spend much time in our room so it wasn't big deal. Would...

”Location is very close to the city center so that’s good. Free and inconvenient parking was good Bedroom lights spacious enough Bed was comfortable The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged by the hotel for the room, although it was prepaid and paid online to Expedia. I had to call Expedia to get my extra charge refunded”

”In this hotel the young and service minded staff really tries its best to get the customer feel welcome and "home". I spent one sunny Mars week skiing stayed at the hotel. Payed extra for breakfast. Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price. To sum up the pros: - large and airy room with a semi long hair full carpet (that was kept clean daily). - beds match what one expect from a four star hotel - a high standard french type breakfast buffet - magnificent...

”Mahtava sijainti kolmessa laaksossa rauhallisessa kylässä. Sopii oivasti lapsiperheelle.”

”It's great for families with young children. It has a great restaurant and location”

”Nicely located for slope access. The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient.”

”Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...

”On the positive, the hotel is located in a very nice place. However, there are so many things wrong with this hotel that I would recommend to find another place. The reception staff (except one person), are the most inefficient that we had ever seen! Check in at 6PM but even then the room was ready at 7PM. Checkout at 9AM! Rooms were very small, and we knew about it, but never seen such small beds ever. Spa staff was very friendly, but you can ONLY use the spa only once during one week of stay...

”Bon apparemment, propre, spacieuse ”
