”Nicely located for slope access. The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient.”

”Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.”

”In this hotel the young and service minded staff really tries its best to get the customer feel welcome and "home". I spent one sunny Mars week skiing stayed at the hotel. Payed extra for breakfast. Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price. To sum up the pros: - large and airy room with a semi long hair full carpet (that was kept clean daily). - beds match what one expect from a four star hotel - a high standard french type breakfast buffet - magnificent...

”On the positive, the hotel is located in a very nice place. However, there are so many things wrong with this hotel that I would recommend to find another place. The reception staff (except one person), are the most inefficient that we had ever seen! Check in at 6PM but even then the room was ready at 7PM. Checkout at 9AM! Rooms were very small, and we knew about it, but never seen such small beds ever. Spa staff was very friendly, but you can ONLY use the spa only once during one week of stay...

”Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...
