”Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

”Everything about this hotel is FANTASTIC. The staff is the friendliest, customer service is amazing and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous plus the rooms are really spacious. Honestly if it wasn’t because we were skiing I don’t think we would’ve left our room. It was late in the season and the hotel was still staffed. Definitely worth the price, amazing all over. ”

Je recommande vivement cet Ă©tablissement pour un sĂ©jour Ă©tĂ© comme hiver Ă  la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !”

”In this hotel the young and service minded staff really tries its best to get the customer feel welcome and "home". I spent one sunny Mars week skiing stayed at the hotel. Payed extra for breakfast. Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price. ”Lovely hotel - literally ski in/ski out, with the slopes right outside the doorstep (and a helpful ski locker in the basement). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitiely recommended for an upmarket experience on the ski slopes!”

”On the positive, the hotel is located in a very nice place. However, there are so many things wrong with this hotel that I would recommend to find another place. The reception staff (except one person), are the most inefficient that we had ever seen! Check in at 6PM but even then the room was ready at 7PM. Checkout at 9AM! Rooms were very small, and we knew about it, but never seen such small beds ever. Spa staff was very friendly, but you can ONLY use the spa only once during one week of stay...
