”Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava, huone tilava ja käytettävissä allas, sauna ja (sali). Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Spa-palvelut olivat suolaisen hintaiset, samoin päivällinen. Tiedonkulku hotelilla tökki, eli hinnan sisältämä aamupala ei aina ollut tiedossa ja yrittivät muutaman laskuttaa uloskirjautuessa -kannattaa tarkastaa. Henkilökunta on kohteliasta, mutta hymytöntä. Sijaitsee melko kaukana ydinkeskustasta, jopa Castle Hillsin kesksustaan Towerille on 4 km. Henkilökunta ehdotteli taksin...

”My wife and I liked the very friendly treatment by the manageress and the location of the accommodation in a natural setting. We did not like the omission by the booking agent "expedia" to advise that a fee of $16.68 will have to be paid to the bank for transferring AU$ into a foreign currency. ”

”It was the little things that make a stay so much nicer: a power point next to each side of the bed, opening windows, a quilt that was not overly warm at night on the lowest aircon setting. The interconnecting room was great for our teen children. Shops and metro station a short walk away. Bed was firm but not uncomfortably so.”
