”I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. ”The hotel is wonderful. The lobby is gorgeous, with a delicious coffee shop. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of lovely food. Outside has building work,but is no reflection on the hotel. The pool is lovely but my biggest compliment is for the staff. Everyone was so very friendly and kind and went further than the extra mile when I needed help. I cannot express my thanks to them enough. A really excellent stay and great value for money. ”

”Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets.
