”The rooms were big. Needed some updating. Lots of parking. We didn't use the pool or Hot Tub. Staff was helpful but some times they were not at the desk. We had some ants in our room, however they moved us into another room and was very helpful. Room was clean, Nice shower.”

”Arrived and had trouble getting into the property, all the doors were locked and it was raining. Bare bones stay, bed not very comfortable, no carpet on the floor in the bedroom, bathroom was upgraded - nice shower, stale pastries for breakfast, coffee and tea undrinkable. Did not see any staff from the moment we checked in - available by phone. Disappointing stay for the money. Problems easily correctable though.”

”Very nice lady at the farm;) However - This treehouse is not “spacious”, it is a very small room with no curtains. There is a ladder to climb a very steep climb to get into the bed, you have to crawl from the end as there is no room around the bed. They must have built the loft around the bed. In fact, it is not a bedroom…just an opening up the ladderto the bed. There will s only one very small sink that serves as the bathroom and kitchen sink with no counter space in either “location” they are...

”This is a real gem of a find! I loved our stay here. GPS does take you to the back of the building but it’s located next to a large parking lot. Plenty of parking which was great for us because we have an extended cab f350 ford that does not fit into most parking spaces. The other great thing about this house is multiple showers and bathrooms. This is so rare in a CT house. I must’ve searched for hours. The host Pam was super friendly and was so quick to respond. ”It was a great property and good location. Other than the fridge there was no storage space for food. The beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked for necessities. The mildew or sanitation smell was overwhelming, I bought plug in fragrances to cover the smell. Overall it was great, everything you need for a stay at the lake. The host was always very friendly and responsive, we didn’t need to contact him at all for the stay”

”This location in Stafford Springs is a hidden gem if you love a beautiful private cabin in the woods but still close enough to town. Plenty of space for both my family and my brother’s family; having 5 kids and 2 dogs running around.It was the perfect spot for us to unwind after our event during the day. The views, trails, wildlife, and fire pit were exceptional to have and enjoy. Karen was a very responsive host and made our check in and out smooth and easy. We’d definitely considered this...

”The fire pit was perfect. The location is peaceful and quiet. Restaurants and stores are a short car ride. Plenty of space upstairs where there are three more beds. The host provides lots of information about the surrounding area. Thank you!”

”The house is newly and very tastefully renovated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. Other than salt and pepper there were no "consumables" that we could find (e.g. spices, plastic wrap). The neighborhood was pretty quiet and Willimantic (new to me) is very, very cool. ”
