”Room was well equipped but tired looking - furnishings seemed to have had their day long ago. Very clean - bathroom spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly - breakfast very good and unlimited. Area around the hotel didn't hold much interest. I was there for a meeting - hotel was fine overall. ”

”I stayed in the hotel for a single night alone during my trip to England. The location is rather remote from the main city centre and the surroundings near the hotel are a bit dodgy, without any services nearby. On the positive side, the Strood train station is very near the hotel, so if using this station the location is very convenient. No reserved parking is available at the hotel, only regular street parking. The hotel itself is very barebones, with a tiny reception area and a very narrow...
