”This is really a great little place to stay if you're on a budget. The location is perfect to visit many vineyards as it is located in the middle of the lake region. The room was cutely decorated. The owner is very nice helpful and is there for any meat you might have the only thing to be conscious of is that you were on the main road so it may be a little bit noisy with the traffic. ”

”The cabin was great. Bedrooms well kept and neat. Sleeps a lot of guests with the bedrooms, bunks and couches. One minor addition with that many people would be a small indoor washroom. I would recommend this cabin and vendor very high. God Bless and thank you”

”Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! ”

”My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! As soon as you walk in, you can see how clean it’s kept. Apart from it being super clean, we loved how peaceful it was and the views were great! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the outside chairs. Would definitely stay here again! ”

”This house is a hidden gem. The house was so cozy and pristinely clean. The hot tub was meticulously maintained. The hosts thought of everything, from a fire pit with wood, a charcoal grill, and towels neatly labeled for hot tub use. We would happily stay here again. ”

”This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. Our dog loved running free in the yard and taking walks on the lane behind the...

”Beautiful, cozy, cabin was perfect for our family of six. Cabin was immaculate, beds were comfy, kitchen cabinets were stocked was basic essentials and we could see the lake from the cabin. ”
