After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. ”Fantastic family vacation! Plenty of space for 13 people and a dog. Great central location for all our activities- kayaking, wineries, picknpatch farm, and spotted duck ice cream. Pauline was an awesome host! Then of course there was the spectacular view!!Will definitely visit again if in the finger lakes.”

”Great view of the lake with many windows. We stayed during the winter and were sad to not be able to enjoy the porch and yard. We loved the open kitchen dinning room with a large table was perfect for our group. A few of the group complained of beds not being very comfortable. We did all of our cooking in the home and were glad to find pots, pans, and appliances. The selection of knives and mixing bowls was limited. ”House was huge and had plenty of room for a big group. It had a nice outdoor space and the room with the bar and ping pong table was great. The house was clean and stocked with soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were plenty of yard games to choose from as well. TVs were large and equipped with Roku. The biggest dissapointment was the kitchen. It was small and many of the appliances were quite old. The dishwasher barely worked. We also had a hard time finding equipment we needed. ...

”Home was amazing! Well stocked, clean, convenient, and the grounds are beautiful! Easy check in, checkout, and pet friendly. Beds were comfy! Everything we needed and more! Thank you!! ”

”The property itself was very nice, We did not appreciate the difficulty of getting in. It took over an hour in rain to get the door open. The combination lock did not work and it took 3 phone calls to finally learn where there was a lock box in the back with a key.”

”We have rented many homes and we were so impressed with Melody of Love. House was spotless, very well stocked and organized. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening with plenty of wood provided. Our host was very responsive and even messaged us the night before to let us know we could check in any time the next day. It was a great jump off spot for Keuka and Seneca Lake.
