”Perfect location to stay for an event at the Valcour Inn. Best suited for 1 couple with a child or 2. Tight fit for 2 couples - consider the larger house.If bringing a dog - do let them know in advance (I didn’t realize they needed to be notified in advance of the dog as the post said pet friendly.)Also, expect drop-bys from the owner with his children as you checkin and an hour before you checkout. ”This property was incredible — secluded, private, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 10 of us. David was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were in town for Ironman Lake Placid and moving a bit slowly on checkout day, and David kindly allowed us a late checkout. The house has a great vibe and is the perfect spot for a weekend out in the Adirondaks.”

”As spectacular as this lake house looks in the photos, it is somehow even better in person! We were a family group of 8 adults and 3 little ones. The house is immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The toddler play area was a huge bonus, with a great selection of safe, clean toys.
