”The property was beautiful. It was easily accessible and the driveway was well plowed. The appointments in the house were first class. The kitchen was well stocked. The gas fired decorative stove in the dining room provided warmth and atmosphere. All appliances worked well. The host communicated well and was very pleasant. First class!!”

”Bonnie and Steve were excellent hosts. The communication with them was great. They provided us with suggestions for places to visit and were incredibly friendly. The house was beautiful! They did a great job renovating it and the whole place was impeccably clean and had everything I could think of. There were lots of hiking opportunities in the area that we took advantage of, too. It was just a great experience all around!”

”Everything was new and clean. Conveniently located in / near Caroga Town. Easy to get in and out of the cabin. Appreciated the extra set of instructions / cabin information to check throughout out, and selection of board games. ”

”1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. ”Secluded location, just like the name of the property says. Large spaces for family to gather, but also enough bedrooms and space throughout the house for us and our three adult children to have some privacy. We loved exploring the trails on the property and the frequent wildlife sightings (deer and turkeys!) Many small towns nearby for exploring - shopping, paved walking/hiking/biking trails, groceries and restaurants. If you're up for a longer drive, Lake George and Lake Placid are farther...
