”The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else.”

”We have always loved staying at the Woodcliff, however, it seems like things have changed. Our room wasn't ready at 4:30, when check in was at 4:00. We waited until 5:30 to get in. The room itself was less attractive and maintained (miss matched glasses, fading paint, rough furniture etc.). The volume on the TV didn't work. The room was very cold, but, it wouldn't "heat" beyond 70. The staff were very nice. We didn't complain, but, we won't be staying there again.”

”It took us 9 hours to be able to check in. Never was asked for an ID, was handed a room key and was told to come back. Wasn't able to get ahold of property for two days ahead of reservation, because we needed to know if we'd have a crib as requested, we weren't able to. There were smoke detectors cherping due to dead/dying batteries all in the first floor. One room could clearly smell was smoking. The hot/cold didn't match the faucets or sides in any of the spots in the room. There were taped...

”Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)”
