”We loved our stay at the Reynolds Inn & Motel! The staff was friendly. Room was clean and had very comfy beds. Loved the little downtown area that was walkable from the motel. We would come back for sure!”

”What a fantastic place, the Kaplans are gracious and friendly. Never have I stayed in a place like this, so clean, tidy and everything is purpose built. Will be going back soon! Definitely a place that breaks away from the stale air of the motels and hotels. So happy I took the chance. ”

”Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.”

”Other than the bathroom sink being smaller than I would like, this is a great spot. Sonya and Brittany were extremely welcoming and the Town of Roscoe is adorable. Also make a reservation at the Farmhouse Italian, it is outstanding and very reasonable. The Yarra is 2 Thumbs up ”

”The Coop was perfect! The property was beautiful and peaceful. The owners were wonderful and friendly. The bathroom and shower were clean and spacious. They had multiple options to rent, from huts to an RV and a cabin. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!”

”The description was accurate. It was exactly what we needed for our one night stay. It’s right in town so it was walking distance to food and some cute little places. Communication with the owner was pleasant and extremely fast. We would stay there again. ”

”I attended an event about 30 minutes away and chose to stay here and it was a great experience! The room was beautiful, very clean, well stocked coffee bar, and the property manager was very quick to reply back if i had any questions! The town is a nice quiet little town! I would recommend this place to anyone!”

”Nice 2 bed with ac and tv and a full bathroom. Was perfect for a short stay right next to town. Everything was clean and quiet. Will use again.”

”My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!”
