”Our family spent a wonderful week at Rustic Lodge. The expansive waterfront deck was the place to be during the very hot week. Upon arrival we discovered plenty of storage and refrigerator space. The rooms were larger than they appeared in the property photos. We all loved the Adirondak feel of the Lodge and look forward to returning next summer.”

We love that the cabin is pet friendly so our dogs could join us for the week. We used the hot tub almost every evening to watch the sunset which were amazing. The amenities were outstanding which included use of the pontoon boat. There are also a few trails that you can walk to without having to get into your car. Our favorite was the Trout Trail...

”This is a very nice property with more positives than negatives.I'll put the negatives first: No curtains on windows other than in the bedrooms/bathroom. This one seems kind of odd, but there is no way to cover the windows in the kitchen, dining room, or living room (which faces the lake). This combined with slightly close neighbors means that the lights they leave on or conversations can be seen and heard. I could not get the side door to lock. ”We enjoyed our time on the lake at Ron and Sandy’s. They were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect with great swimming and on a quiet area of the lake. The camp was well stocked and comfortable. The kids are asking already to go back next summer.”

Limited array of breakfast options was adequate and sufficient despite 'tight' the seating area. Enlarging the space is recommended. But overall, I was satisfied with limited expectations on a business trip.”

”Newly renovated rooms and hotel with breakfast and a pool helped us select this hotel in Brockville. Location is great, and renovations are certainly underway, but not complete. The front office is in a guest room temporarily and the main floor is in full renovation mode. Our room was well appointed and very clean. ”Second night stay, room smelled like sewage. Got a second room and bathroom had sewage smell. The gym equipment is broken and barely works. Cables snapped off. Should Not advertise fitness room If the equipment doesn’t work or isn’t maintained. Staff was excellent and food is good. Would stay again but prefer rooms that smell good. ”

”This property has an excellent location directly on the St. Lawrence River. Our room had a partial river view, as did the breakfast room. There is also a boardwalk that can be used by all guests. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast included homemade muffins, as well as a range of hot and cold items. ”

”The room was really clean however there was a lack of hot water for a shower at night and in the morning and bugs in the hot tub when we tried to use it at night other than that it was an excellent getaway nice warm fireplace nice shower and being downtown near restraints museums and the waterfront made everything within walking distance overall I would gladly go back again probably will in the near future”

”Brockville Best Western was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building has been recently purchased, so the u[grades are still being done. The rooms are clean (no bugs) and well supplied.”

”This a sadly neglected gorgeous old building. It felt like staying at someone's grandma's house. Dust, cobwebs, generally dirty, previous guest's food crumbs on the kitchen floor, dispensers in the shower completely empty, no milk and cream in the fridge as advertised. Passive aggressive garish signage about the "rules" all over the room and property. Way overpriced. Only redeeming quality is location. ”

”We stayed here from Friday to Monday while attending a nearby competition. Everything was walking distance (restaurants, park, grocery store, pharmacy, theatre). The host made sure we had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked with snacks, breakfast items, coffee/tea and water. There was even a deck on the back that we could sit on and blankets to use if we got cold. The bedroom was very clean and cozy. There was a mini fridge fully stocked with water juice yogurt milk, etc.”
