”Being on the first floor, you can hear a lot of noise from the people above you and they were shutting drawers until ten at night. The beds were outdated and sagged in the middle, it needs a good update. It is def one of the better places i have stayed in for the price.”

”Our family had a lovely stay at this home. Amanda was an amazing host and great communicator. The house was super clean, fully stocked and very welcoming! Amanda left us a wonderful gift basket full of local goodies, drinks in refrig, a kind note and a welcome sign with our name on it. Such thoughtful touches. Our favorite part of the home was the 1 min walk to entrance to Vroman’s Nose hiking trail. Our family enjoyed our morning hike. We definitely recommend this home and will be back...

”This was a fabulous weekend at a beautiful lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and kitchen had all needed items for cooking in. We enjoyed the large back deck with plenty of seating as well as the fire pit. Of course the real draw was the lake! It was clean, quiet (no motor craft) and easy to enjoy with the kayaks and boat at the house. Gregg was a super host who met us at check in to make sure we got in and answered questions about the house and area. He was also reachable and kind before...

”I stayed in the mirror cabin everything was great just prepare to have no microwave and or a burner. So you cannot cook or heat anything up. I was able to make it work by just getting stuff that can be eaten cold and then going out to dinner which was fine. Also because the cabin is mirror please note birds constantly fly into it on purpose. It was one bird that every day i was there from morning to night was hitting the glass and it did get very annoying.”

”Josh was kind and helpful checking us in, even though we arrived late at night. Parking was a breeze, well lit and very close to the room. Everything is well kept and very clean. We slept well. All were quiet. How nice it was to have three large towels instead of the usual two. I didn’t have to use my husband‘s wet towel for my hair! We were so comfortable and appreciated our stay. ”Our stay at Amaya was incredible. The home is impeccably designed, the rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and Johnny is the most kind and welcoming host. He went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. The hot tub is a luxurious perk and the home feels private even with other guests. The location is convenient for exploring the Catskills. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a 10/10.”
