”The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. ”We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.”

”The place doesn't necessarily look great from the outside, nor to the hallways, but they have renovated the rooms quite a bit in the last few years. Good sized television and clean. I stay here frequently as it is well located to a lot of other spots. Very convenient.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse Hotel in Richfield Springs with our family and our dog. The location was perfect for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and exploring Cooperstown—just a short, scenic drive away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We really appreciated the freedom to use the shared kitchen and loved helping ourselves to fresh coffee each morning. Sabina checked us in and was incredibly kind and helpful. ”Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. ”I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working.
