Entire downstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to exit 30 off I-90 and a short drive to Utica, Cooperstown, Herkimer Diamond Mines, or the Adirondack park.

Shared driveway with parking for two vehicles in-line, on street parking is also available from 4/1 - 11/1. Front & back door private entrances. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 pull out sofa, 1 pull out twin size bed/chair, 1 futon, 1 queen size air mattress. Large kitchen/dining area. Free high speed WiFi internet.

Note: There is a tenant in the upstairs apartment

The property was easy to find and easy to check in and check out. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We heard the upstairs tenants but they were quiet, no loud tv or talking noises, just moving around. Great block to walk the dog. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here. It was the perfect place for a multi day/night retreat to visit nearby family. The apartment was very welcoming and functional for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was in a quiet location and easy to get to. It was great for our family size with plenty of room. We liked staying together instead of in a hotel setting for our quick overnight stay. We had a nice visit & would recommend this place!

Nice overall place for the price. Nothing too fancy. Could use a good deep clean overall and dresser was broken when we got there. Air conditioning works great. And I left the a reusable k cup for the coffee pot so you don’t have to buy single use k cups if you bring your own coffee. But it was perfect for what we needed - a cheap place to crash after going to the diamond mines.

Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. Got our check in info a touch late (after we arrived) but that was easily remedied once I messaged the host in the app. I would absolutely stay here again.

We arrived around dinner and left before breakfast so very quick. Beds were comfy, the house is older so seemed it was is pretty good condition. Host responded quickly in most cases. Quaint little town

Musty smell to entire space. No a/c in one bedroom. Bedrooms are dark and dingy with no outside light. Bathroom shower curtain very gross and needs replacing. Moldy grout in tub and spit stained paint on sink walls. Sink and drain stop old and dirty looking. Not one of us would use the shower. Couch is not a suitable bed at all. Did not actually have linen that fit it and it has a caved in cushion in middle. Listing states you can sleep 8 comfortably, you cannot!Space has 2 queen size bedrooms. Old unwashed blankets and pillows on furniture Kitchen table stained and unsightly. It is a large space, but it really needs some attention. Need to update listing and stop saying you can sleep 8 at this property unless renters bring your own beds.

Perfect place for an overnight with my 2 boys (10 and 13). Quiet and clean. We came to town to try our luck at the diamond mine and scored a few nice gems! We ate at a local pizza place, explored the cemetery for a geocache, played some mini golf and enjoyed some delicious ice cream at Mr. Shake. We had a great little trip!

Exactly as picture

The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back after he said he'd let me know. I ended up just finding a hotel instead. I also didnt get check in info till 5pm when I reached out even though check in is at 3. I did get a check in msg immediately after I asked for check in info but wasting time waiting for a msg turned into 2 hours late before I knew it. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Perfect for quick trip

Short stay

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy just did the job. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We really appreciated that the apartment was pet friendly and she enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood.

Snowy Holiday

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!

Home was mostly updated and amenities we good. House did have a musty smell. Never been to the Adirondacks before, so didnt know where to stay. Location was about 1 hour drive from mountain hiking trails. Local restaurant options left something to be desired. desired.
