”A great place to relax and just enjoy nature. But also close enough to many other activities. The perfect cabin in just the perfect setting. Our stay was not only relaxing but also a great spot for our pup. She throughly enjoyed not only the relaxing deck but also the many places to walk. Phyllis made it so easy to check in and was a most gracious host.”

”*The gas grill was barely functional, broken gas burners, so the only hot spots were a few inches in the back.*Lots of tiny ants and bugs on the kitchen counters, kitchen table and buffet, plus on the bathroom counters.*All the sliding glass door windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out, so we tried to clean them all. The upstairs sliding door was very hard to slide in either direction.*That said, we weren’t lacking for anything, all the sheets and towels were nice, the stand up paddle board...

”Our large family of 16 (including kids from 1 year -18 years of age) thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property sitting on Keuka Lake. I communicated with the hosts via text and they were quick to respond to my questions from booking to arrival and check-in was a breeze. The main house gave us ample space to have everybody together for dining and together time. The little house was great for those who wanted a little more privacy in the evening and throughout the night. The lakefront was...

”This place was beautiful! We all loved it. Only issues were that there were absolutely no cleaning supplies on site. They left a bag with 1 dishwasher pod, and one load for the washer. For 2 nights and 12 people it wasn't enough. There were also moldy dishes left in the dishwasher and moldy laundry in the washer. This place was enjoyed and we would stay again. ”

”Margaret is an amazing host and great to work with. She truly cares about her guests that stay at her home and provides a home away from home. Everything is truly available and we didn't lack anything. We just had to go buy our food. The view was wonderful. We even had a deer cross the yard in the middle of the day to visit. Our dogs were treated to treats, beds, and more dog toys than they knew what to do with. There were games for inside and out which provided family fun. We enjoyed the hot...
