”The sheets on the EXTREMELY uncomfortable beds were quite dirty. I don't know how long it had been since they were cleaned but it must have been a while. The grill out back was DISGUSTING and surely never cleaned. There was so much crud and old food inside it took 45 minutes for the burning residue to go out. If you have lots to grill do not plan to use this as only one panel of the grill got clean enough to use. The pictures are deceptive The house is far enough from the lakeside that we...

”Great house with fenced in beautiful little backyard with a firepit. We had a fire every night after perfect days biking the Keuka outlet trail, going to wineries, eating at great local restaurants and shopping at the windmill craft market. Truly a great area and a perfect launch spot in a comfortable lovely private house.”

”A great place to relax and just enjoy nature. But also close enough to many other activities. The perfect cabin in just the perfect setting. Our stay was not only relaxing but also a great spot for our pup. She throughly enjoyed not only the relaxing deck but also the many places to walk. Phyllis made it so easy to check in and was a most gracious host.”

”Thr property was ok. It was a beautiful lake side place, but there was no hot water shower on the first floor & no shampoo, no soap, no conditioner. All the containers were empty.”

”*The gas grill was barely functional, broken gas burners, so the only hot spots were a few inches in the back.*Lots of tiny ants and bugs on the kitchen counters, kitchen table and buffet, plus on the bathroom counters.*All the sliding glass door windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out, so we tried to clean them all. The upstairs sliding door was very hard to slide in either direction.*That said, we weren’t lacking for anything, all the sheets and towels were nice, the stand up paddle board...
