”We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the home felt very welcoming and relaxing. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in/check-out were easy and stress-free. ”Tim and Kim were great hosts and their house was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fire pit. Very easy to get to the horse races and downtown as well. would love to stay there again in the future. ”

”A unique and wonderful place to stay! Wonderfully appointed kitchen, many nooks to relax with a book, including a large screen porch which was a real highlight, even with the cooler weather. We would highly recommend this property if visiting the Saratoga area.”

”We were in Saratoga to celebrate my birthday and go to a concert at SPAC with family and friends who lived in the surrounding areas. We had the BEST time. This house was absolutely perfect - comfortable, clean, convenient. I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here and will definitely be back. Trish was responsive and so nice to work with. I would give 10 stars if I could. ”

”Although only for one night, we looked forward to our stay at this "boutique" hotel. The property turned out to be larger than we expected, but pleasant.
