”The service I received was beyond outstanding, the staff are so attentive. The feeling of the property feels like home, the rooms are clean and spacious. Toni at guest services was the icing on the cake, when I told her it was my anniversary she set up a dinner for me and my husband that evening. Btw she can sing. The only little concern I had was the landscaping which they are currently working on. I am a really picky person and based on my OCD you won’t regret your stay here. Thank you Melia...

”We just love this hotel and it was totally worth getting the Butler service. Totally totally worth it. We absolutely loved our Butler. WILLARD and FITZGERALD!! I have never dealt with such an amazing and caring team. Lady at the checkout desk was amazing TISHANA and Wayne the server at the Cabana . This hotel is just the right size. I love it so so much. I would only ask for better air-conditioning in the main Diamond facilities and in the main checkout area but other than that, it’s an amazing...
