”It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. ”First of all, they kept me awaiting at the lobby for 45 minutes even though I arrived past 2 PM check in time. The room was not serviced the next day when I returned to hotel from shopping outside. Nobody says sorry for any mishaps. Nobody says it will be fixed right the way. Breakfast buffet had very limited choice. I found a huge cockroach in the breakfast room in a corner next to my table. Service is really bad at this hotel. Stay away.”

”No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked.
