”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...

”The whole experience was amazing, the message at the Conrad Spa was out of this world, the service and attention to detail from the staff was beyond incredible, I had small accident while at the pool but the staff was beyond helpful. We took this trip around our 4 year old daughter and she loved the kids club and the kids pool. ”The staff was very accommodating before and during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. There was a staff member to open the gate at night, no matter what time (even at 4 am). The location was great- many clubs, food trucks, and pharmacies nearby.
