”Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. ”

”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...

”I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative....

”Staff are very friendly and attentive, the mini bar was always well stocked, and the housekeeping went above and beyond to make our room tidy and clean everyday!
The Spa was a definite highlight! Some of the best treatments I've ever had, I highly reccomended the Mayan Massage Experience!
This was our first all inclusive experience, and I dont think it will be our last!”

”Everything was wonderful and everyone was so kind and helpful
The only complaints would be was the food was very salty and also all of the buffet food was cold unless you had them cook it right there in front of you,
I will definitely recommend this to anyone and I’m looking forward to returning”

”Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. ”
