”This place is great if you are wanting to relax and unplug from the world in a calming atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating to all needs and the food/drinks are amazing! Samuel was a delightful concierge and made sure we were well taken care of and that all was arranged for our airport transfer. Do take note this place is a good ways from downtown. ”Good location. Pool Area and room like pictures. BUT I wouldn't recommend this Classic suite to anyone. It is in street level, in front of the reception. It's not soundproof at all, you basically hear everything from the pedestrians' steps to traffic noise straight to the room day n night. So no "view to city", you cannot open the windows/door because it is ground level. Also AC wasn't working properly in this room. Staff was friendly, but info about water problems beforehand would have been...

”Bra läge om du önskar bo nära Tulum centrum. Rymligt rum, behändig cykel uthyrning! Men ät frukost någon annanstans om det inte hör till priset, dyrt och och inget extra. För samma pris får du lyxig och mycket godare frukost ett stenkast ifrån, rekommenderar Botanica garden café istället, härligt ställe!
