”This property has the potential to be great because so much of it is remodeled. It appears as if they stopped the renovations 80% of the way into it. The exterior rear entrance has some broken concrete and the rear entrance door is half broken with “crime scene” tape across it. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into this project…if only they would complete it. Oh and our bathtub looked stained from past dirt…maybe construction mess? Minimal corrections would make a tremendous difference,...

”Sweet locally owned older motel. Very well kept up, nice landscaping and appearance, keeps up with the local Bavarian theme of Frankenmuth. Convenient to all the area attractions and shopping. Clean room, comfortable bed. Minimal breakfast offerings, but you would probably want to opt for a local Bavarian breakfast anyway. Very fast and efficient check in. Motel all on ground level with parking outside the rooms.”
