”This place is incredible! Private and quiet property, beautiful enough to take your breath away. Surrounded by water on all 3 sides, making you feel like you’re on an island. Plenty of sights to see and food to eat in nearby Bay City. So many things to do during your stay like kayaking and fishing in the bay. Spectacular host Tracy is super friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay again! 10/10 recommended ”

”My 18 year old daughter suddenly became available for a last minute family trip so I scrambled to find someplace that would accommodate myself, 13-year old son, my daughter and her boyfriend as well. I was lucky enough to find Harper’s Hangout! It was only 2-1/2 hour drive for us, offered enough privacy for everyone, AND we could bring our dog!When we arrived, it was super clean, the A/C was at a perfect temp, and it was as welcoming as can be! It is decorated very tastefully. I came prepared...

”Such a great property! My kiddo was in heaven with all the friendly animals (we were too)! And the house - is Amazing! So many beautiful areas to sit and visit - inside and out! The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing. Maurine was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful! The extra thought with the shampoo and conditioner, plenty of linens, condiments in the fridge (on top of a fully stocked kitchen!), the firewood. It felt like a family member had prepared ahead for us...

”the Residenz is a perfect place to stay when visiting Frankenmuth with a large group. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed dinners at the massive dining room table and spent the evenings out by the fire pit. The house is right next to the Bavarian Inn so easy to enjoy their amenities (add'l cost). We stayed over 4th of July weekend and had the perfect view for fireworks! We would definitely recommend this home for your next group visit!”
