I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them. ”

”I was given a big room with two double beds so more than enough room for me. The room was ok, but a little dated. Large flat screen tv, good bathroom / shower, really comfortable bed and pillows - a couple of negatives were no aircon or safe. Bar / restaurant was really good, plenty of seats / tables and sports on large tvs with. huge selection of fodder and drinks to choose from My food was quick to arrive and very tasty. The best bit overall was the staff who were all excellent!

”Hotel was modern, clean with excellent facilities.
Just a couple of pointers.
The two rooms our family occupied had not main lights and one had a lamp and the other didn't. Other internal phone didn't work for room service so used hotel's internal WhatsApp to order.
Breakfast was excellent and catered for all diets (including vegan and vegetarian).”

”Room was clean and staff friendly. TV only had 2 channels that worked and when you flush the toilet the bedroom walls shook as if something was going to errupt from within. Breakfast was a disapointment and not worth. It was meant to serve until 10:30 but at 9am it was like locusts had attacked. Whilst hot food did eventually get restocked the pastries etc didnt. ”
