”During our stay, there were not enough staff to provide the level of service promised. It often happened that only one person was simultaneously at the reception, handling check-ins, and at the bar, taking orders for drinks and food, thereby creating a line. At breakfast time, they ran out of a variety of granola and plates, so we had to eat from cups. There was no hot milk or other option to warm it up. Also, the bikes were broken, and we were promised they would be replaced soon. We stayed...
