”I really enjoyed the stay the room was great simple single room. The view was amazing. Staff were really helpful.”

”Hotellipalvelu ei vastannut viittä tähteä, se oli kasvotonta, henkilökunta oli liian kokematonta, ei vastaa 5 tähden palvelun osaamista. Oli erikoista, että spaahan piti varata aika joka päivä ja esim. yritimme varata aamulla klo 9, mutta se ei onnistunut, koska spavastaava tulee vasta klo 10. Sovimme, että hän varaa ja saamme tiedon kun tulemme rinteestä. Ilmeisesti vastaanottohenkilö ei ollut muistanut tehdä varausta koska kun palasimme ip niin meille ei ollutkaan vapaata spa-aikaa....

”Hotelli on kokonaisuudessaan erinomaisesti hoidettu. Palvelu, ravintoloiden ruoka ja huoneiden rauhallisuus ovat huippuluokkaa. Isossa parkkihallissa voi myös ladata autoa. Etäisyys kaupungin kävelykadusta alle 10 min kävellen”

”Family room was spacious, in two floors. Our room was at top floor, besine church bell. Bells didnt bother too much, they wake 730 and last call was at 22 Breakfast was okay, but no super. We stayed full week on ski trip on that time no variations. Parking was 4eur night on carage and storake locker for skiis was available. We tested bath/sauna area 2sauna wirh relaxin pool with water massage and gym with multidevices. Both were as expected. Room was clean with dayly cleaning and staff were...

”Helpful and flexible staff. Hotel well located considering the many skiing resorts of Aosta valley. Warm & nice, although not so large rooms. Small minus for the breakfast, that was catered for us in the lobby instead of the hotel restaurant, which a larger group seemed to occupy. We don't know if this is the hotel's usual policy or not - felt a bit weird though.”

”Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Suksien ja monojen säilytystilat todella hyvät. Kuljetuspalvelu hiihtohissille toimi hyvin. Yleiset tilat eivät olleet viihtyisiä. Aamupala oli ihan hyvä, mutta tuoremehua ja vettä varten oli kertakäyttöisiä muovimukeja.”

”Huone oli siisti ja auto saatiin parkkeerattu hotellin ulkopuolelle.”

”Hotellista on lyhyt matka moniin hiihtokeskuksiin. Se on siis hyvä valinta jos haluaa vaihdella hiihtopaikkoja eri päivinä. Hotellin ympäristö ei ole viihtyisä, se on olemukseltaan moottoritien palvelualue rekkaparkkeineen. Samassa korttelissa on ostoskeskus ja suuri ruokakauppa, josta on hyvä ostaa hiihtopäivän eväät ja urheilutarvikkeita. Aamupala oli hyvä. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan ok hinta-laatusuhde, mutta kannattaa mennä vain nukkumista varten.”

”We had a lovely stay in this charming hotel. Rooms were clean and decent in size. The spa is spectacular not huge but everything is available except for 80 •C saunas. Staff were helpful and the hotel is well maintained”

”Camera piccola, ma molto pulita e posizione ottima. Le camere non sono insonorizzate e di sente qualsiasi cosa si dica nel corridoio. La spa è buona, ma con bagno turco non funzionante e docce con scarsa manutenzione. Personale estremamente gentile.”
